SPI-RAL Premium Grinding Wheel Dressers feature a unique principle of design and construction. The SPI-RAL Cutter is radically different from ordinary dressers. This patented cutter is made in a single, continuous-piece spiral which, when held against the face of a wheel, cuts across the exposed surface in an even-wiping action, rather than bumping of the grain, as is done with multiple-piece dresser wheels. The result is a perfectly dressed, true wheel, which will perform better and last longer, yielding subsequent replacement savings.

Dresser Assemblies – Handheld
SPI-RAL hand held dressing tools are for use cleaning and trueing of grinding wheels to increase grinding production efficiency in the following applications, such as bench grinders, pedestal grinders, and floor mount grinders used in foundries utilizing vitrified bonded grinding wheels. Dresser Assemblies – Table or Floor Mounted (coming soon)

Replacement Cutters
SPI-RAL Cutters are replaceable and interchangeable to adapt to your changing needs in production or product quality characteristics desired. The #110, #210, and #310 cutters are interchangeable with the #31 Handle and the #410 and #420 cutters are interchangeable with the #41 handle.
